As you know by now, I just got married and had my bridal shower a few months ago, which I wrote about here and had so much fun at it. Before my shower, I shocked by the amount of texts I had from friends asking what to wear to the shower. So I realized there obviously is a need and desire to know what to wear to an event like this. After that, I thought it would not only be helpful to them but that if they’re wondering, you might be too! Below is a detailed version of my bridal shower style tips and what to wear.

Before I go into detail of what specifically to wear, I thought it might be helpful to start with an overview of what to wear and what not to wear.
Something you feel pretty in, a dress, something feminine, and pretty flats or heels.

What To Wear To A Bridal Shower
Floral dresses are a great option to wear to a bridal shower. I find that floral dresses always come off as a great balance of fashionable, classic, tasteful and far from boring for an event like this. Not to mention, it is a great option because there are more often than not, always a floral dress option a store.

With every dress, there needs to be a pair of shoes. For bridal showers, I like to wear something simple and understated and comfortable because often times you can be standing for a while. My top five shoes that I’m loving at the moment for this type of an are occasion are: Alexandre Birman pink sandals with low heel, Sam Edelman leopard sandals, Schutz transparent flat sandals, KAANAS metallic bow sandal, and Matiko slides.
