Ever need the perfect photo location for a photo? You want something dreamy but don’t feel like taking your photo on the beach, and you also don’t feel like traveling far for it? I can’t speak for everyone, but I think a lot of us have faced this at least once. Since I take photo’s all the time for my job it is important for me to have endless locations to shoot at. I get bored if I shoot at the same locations all the time — I’m almost positive you guys will get bored too — and ever since I went to Europe this September, I have this insane desire to continue on my “dreamy photo locations.”
Dreamy Photo Locations In Los Angeles
Because of this strong desire to find even more locations since I did a post a while ago on the most idyllic places to take photo’s as a tourist (or just as local), I decided to expand on that post and write a post on dreamy photo locations. While I still think the last post has great locations and, trust me, they are beyond dreamy, I needed new locations. I wanted new places I had never been and that aren’t crazy busy with tourists.
Location #1: Beverly Hills Cactus Garden
Recently Beverly Hills re-designed their park that is near the Beverly Hills Sign on North Santa Monica Boulevard and Camden. It is so unexpected and beautiful. You walk into it and are in the desert. It’s only a block long and it is beautiful! They did such a good job with making this park eco friendly and place you want to spend time in. I definitely recommend checking it out!
Location #2: Nomad Hotel
The Nomad Hotel is a newer hotel in DTLA and it is dreamy in such a different way from the Beverly Hills Cactus Garden. The Nomad feels old and charming. The rooftop and bar are beautiful and you can just feel the building’s history and character. I plan to book a staycation here soon!
Have you been to any of these spots? Let me know in the comments below!
