Importance Of Exercise
Anyone who reads my blog regularly, knows how important exercise has become to me. It helps me clear my head, it helps me focus, it helps me sleep…the list goes on. You can many posts that I’ve written about health, wellness, and exercise in the fitness tab of my blog, but today I wanted to talk about more than just the importance of exercise. We can all sit here for days and talk about why it is so important to work out, which is important to educate yourself on, but it is also important to have fun with your exercise.
Favorite Exercise Classes
For me, I would have no motivation to work out if I didn’t do something that was fun for me. Would you? Sometimes knowledge doesn’t always equal desire or will power and you need a little more of a push. Good thing for society, and especially major cities in the United States, they have made it really easy to find that push with exercise. We have endless work out class options for each person to find the type that best suits them. For me, it is important to switch things up. I can’t do just one thing because I will get bored and will stop working as hard. Although this list is ever changing, I thought I’d share a few of my favorite work out classes of the moment to hopefully inspire you to try something new too.
Exercise Class #1: Fitmix
Fixmix is a Los Angeles based fitness studio that you must try! The class is one hour long with 30 minutes of HIIT on the treadmill followed by 30 minutes of pilates. It is an amazing balance and I feel like if I went consistently I would see great changes!
Exercise Class #2: Barry’s Bootcamp
I’ve written about Barry’s Bootcamp before, but it is consistent. I wouldn’t say that is the most fun work out but it is an hour class that you 100% will work hard in, see results and feel amazing after. The feeling you have after you complete a class is what will keep you coming back.
Exercise Class #3: Equinox
While Equinox isn’t a class, they are well worth the investment. They have great trainers who are always switching up your routine, work out classes throughout the day, and a really nice clean gym. You get a great work out and it can be social if you want it to be. I like that there are so many options. I personally go to the Beverly Hills location but every location I’ve been to, in other states too, are so nice.
As always, let me know what your favorite exercises classes are and if you’ve ever done any of these work outs . You can let me know what you think in the comments below!
